In manufacturing, machine efficiency equals profit.  With a fixed product line, manufacturers have an easier time engineering their manufacturing processes so that their machines run as continuously as possible, and make as efficient use of their raw materials as possible.  Custom manufacturers have a much harder time achieving this goal and often devote a great deal of manpower to the task, without achieving ideal results.

DRI has created software to address this problem.  Our intelligent nesting and optimization module can raise your machine and material efficiencies to a level far beyond what is possible through manual effort alone.

Some companies hire engineers specifically for the task of manually nesting multiple parts into a single blank.  Our system performs this task completely automatically with the highest mathematical efficiency possible.  Our system can eliminate the need for multiple blank sizes, manual sheering and manual blank adjustments.
